North Carolina fishing licenses can now be purchased over the Internet by going to the following site www.ncwildlife.org
You pay with a credit card and print out a temporary license. The temporary license is good for 15 days from date of purchase. Your permanent license will be mailed to you within 3 business days.
You can also purchase Virginia licenses by going to the following site: www.dgif.state.va.us/hunting/regulations/getting_a_license.html
All you have to do is pay by credit card, print it out, fold it, stick it in your wallet, and you are ready to go!
